I’ve ordered from municipal a couple of times now, and to be fair, the delivery has been solid overall. My most recent package showed up exactly when they said it would, and the tracking was simple enough to keep an eye on. One of my earlier orders did arrive a day late, so it wasn’t perfect, but I also don’t think that’s a huge deal in the bigger picture. Based on my experience, they seem reliable enough, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Good support and I'd shop here again"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they got back to me quickly. The first response didn’t totally answer my question, but once I followed up, they sorted it out and were really nice about it. It wasn’t perfect, but overall it was a good experience, and I’d use the site again. I’d probably even recommend it to a friend, just with the heads-up that you might need to follow up if something isn’t clear...

I picked up a hoodie and a pair of shorts from MUNICIPAL a few months back, they’ve held up well. I’ve washed them a bunch of times and the fabric still feels solid, with no weird stretching or anything like that. There was one tiny loose thread on a seam, which was a little annoying, but not enough to make a big deal out of it. Overall, I’m happy with the quality so far.

"Site was frustrating to use"
I had a rough time using the site. Some pages took forever to load, and the menus weren’t very clear, so I kept clicking around trying to find basic stuff. What made it more annoying was contacting support and getting what felt like a copy-paste reply that didn’t really answer my issue. It just made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Always Out of Stock"
I went in hoping to grab a few things I needed, but of course they were out of stock again. It’s getting annoying to shop there when this keeps happening. And trying to get any real help is frustrating too, because it feels like you just get pushed toward some automated system instead of an actual person.

"Save your money and skip this one"
The shirt felt really nice when I first got it, so I had high hopes. But after just one normal wash, it shrank a little and the seams started looking weird. I even followed the care tag exactly, which made it even more frustrating considering the price. save your time and look for something that holds up better.

I signed up for the loyalty program a little while ago and didn’t think much of it at first, but I’ve already used the points for a couple of solid discounts. It felt like a small win getting money off something I was going to buy anyway. Super easy to use too, no annoying hoops or weird hassle so far.

"Promo code worked... but not really"
I tried using a discount code on municipal.com, it was frustrating. It said the code was accepted at first, so I thought I was good, but then the total barely changed at checkout. Like, why say it worked if it didn’t actually work? Customer service did get back to me, but the answer wasn’t really helpful, really wasn’t helpful. I ended up buying the item anyway because I still wanted it, but the whole promo code situation felt a little misleading. Not a terrible site, just annoying, annoying enough to make me think twice next time.

"Sizing has been really consistent"
I’ve picked up a few tees and shorts from MUNICIPAL now, and to be fair, the sizing has been consistent every time. I haven’t had any weird surprises or had to deal with returns, which is always a relief. The size chart has been reliable for me, so I feel comfortable ordering my usual size.

"Looks fine, but not that comfy"
i mean, the hoodie fits well and it looks okay, but the material feels kind of rough after wearing it for a few hours. It also isn’t super breathable, so I ended up getting warm fast. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot softer. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d want to wear all day...

"Pages Lag and Tools Break??"
I’m not really sure what’s going on, but the pages keep lagging for me and some of the tools just randomly stop working?? It makes the whole experience frustrating, especially when I’m trying to get something done quickly.

"It ended up being worth it for me…"
It ended up being worth it for me. I wasn’t totally sure at first, and I probably spent way too much time going back and forth before deciding, but I’m glad I did. I used it after getting home from a regular Tuesday errand run, and it just fit into what I needed without any hassle. Not saying everyone will feel the same, but for me, I’m happy with it

"Correct Order, But Took Longer Than Expected"
My order showed up with the right size and color, exactly what I picked, so that part was fine. I was just a bit disappointed that it took longer to arrive than I expected. Nothing was wrong with the items, but the wait did take away from the experience a little.

"Pretty much as described"
